• Apply effective people management and stakeholder engagement to support successful project delivery

• Align projects with business objectives while maintaining appropriate control throughout the project lifecycle

The course is delivered as self paced eLearning, allowing you to study at a time and pace that suits you.

The estimated study time is approximately 20 hours.

Who Is This Course For?

The course is designed for project professionals, aspiring project managers and other professionals involved in designing, managing or delivering projects.

It is also relevant for team managers, business analysts and others who need to apply PRINCE2 Project Management in a practical project environment.

Prerequisites

To take the Practitioner exam, you must hold an accepted project management qualification, such as a valid PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation certification.

Exam and Certification

The PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner exam is included in the course.

The exam uses scenario based objective testing and consists of 56 questions and sub questions worth a total of 70 marks. You have 150 minutes to complete the exam, which is open book. A score of at least 60% is required to pass.

Successful completion of the exam leads to the PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner certification.
