APMG International Change Management Foundation provides a structured introduction to the principles and practices of change management.

The course explores how individuals respond to change, how organisations approach transformation and how change can be supported through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership.

You will also develop an understanding of organisational culture, planned and emergent change, resistance to change and the roles and responsibilities involved in managing change initiatives.

Particular emphasis is placed on how change managers, sponsors and change teams can support people throughout the change process and create the conditions for successful organisational change.

The course is delivered through self paced eLearning, allowing you to study at a time and pace that suits you.

The estimated study time is approximately 10 to 12 hours.

You will have access to the eLearning course for 12 months from purchase.

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites for taking this course.

Exam and Certification

The Change Management Foundation exam is optional and is not included in the course price.

The exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions and must be completed within 40 minutes. It is a closed book exam and a score of at least 50% is required to pass.

Successful completion of the exam leads to the Change Management Foundation certification.
