About the Course

The course builds on Foundation level knowledge and develops your ability to manage change in practice.

You will learn how to establish a clear framework of roles and activities for an organisational change initiative, support individuals through change and address challenges that may arise during the process.

The course also covers coaching, feedback, conflict management, collaboration and strategies for embedding change within an organisation.

Course Format

The course is delivered through self paced eLearning, allowing you to study at a time and pace that suits you.

The estimated study time is approximately 15 hours.

Prerequisites

You must have passed the Change Management Foundation exam before completing the Practitioner course.

Exam and Certification

The APMG International Change Management™ Practitioner exam is optional and is not included in the course.

The exam uses objective testing and is based on a case study. It consists of five sections and must be completed within 2.5 hours.

The exam is open book, with only the official study guide permitted. A score of at least 50% is required to pass.

Successful completion of the exam leads to the APMG International Change Management™ Practitioner certification.
