About the Course

AgilePM® v3 Practitioner develops your ability to apply Agile principles and techniques in practice.

You will explore Agile leadership, collaboration and team dynamics while learning how to manage risks, monitor progress and adapt Agile approaches to different project situations. The course also focuses on recognising when AgilePM® principles are being applied appropriately and when alternative approaches may be needed.

• Recall key AgilePM® terms, concepts, principles and procedures
• Understand Agile principles and how they apply to projects
• Apply AgilePM® concepts to practical project scenarios
• Identify appropriate and inappropriate applications of AgilePM® principles

Course Format

The course is delivered through self paced eLearning, allowing you to study at a time and pace that suits you.

The estimated study time is approximately 15 to 20 hours.

Prerequisites

You must have passed the AgilePM® v3 Foundation exam before taking the Practitioner certification exam.

Exam and Certification

The AgilePM® v3 Practitioner exam is optional and is not included in the course.

The exam uses objective testing and consists of four questions. You have 2.5 hours to complete the exam, which is open book. A score of at least 50% is required to pass.

Successful completion of the exam leads to the AgilePM® v3 Practitioner certification.
