Would you like to develop your ability to apply and adapt the Praxis Framework™ in real project environments? The Praxis Framework™ Practitioner course focuses on the practical use of the framework across projects, programmes and portfolios.

About the Course

The Praxis Framework™ brings together knowledge, method, competence and capability maturity within a single integrated framework for project delivery.

At Practitioner level, the focus is on applying and adapting the framework to different P3M scenarios. You will develop your understanding of the roles, documents, techniques and processes within the framework and how they can be used in practice.

The course also covers how to create and assess P3M documents.

Learning Objectives

After completing the course, you will have developed your ability to:

• Understand the roles, documents, techniques and processes within the Praxis Framework™
• Apply the framework to different P3M scenarios
• Create and assess P3M documents

Course Format

The course is delivered through self paced eLearning, allowing you to study at a time and pace that suits you.

The estimated study time is approximately 12 hours.

Who Is This Course For?

The course is suitable for Project and Programme Managers, as well as project or programme team members who want to progress into management roles.

It is also relevant for professionals interested in developing a career in P3M.

Prerequisites

You must have passed the Praxis Framework™ Foundation examination before taking the Practitioner exam.

Exam and Certification

The Praxis Framework™ Practitioner exam is optional and is not included in the course.

The exam is multiple choice and must be completed within 150 minutes. It is an open book exam, with only the Praxis Framework™ permitted.

A score of at least 50% is required to pass.

Successful completion of the exam leads to the Praxis Framework™ Practitioner certification.
