About the Course

ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value is a specialist module focused on stakeholder relationships, customer journeys and value co-creation within IT service management.

The course develops your understanding of how to identify and engage with different markets and stakeholders, shape demand and define service offerings that meet customer and user needs. You will explore how expectations are aligned, how service relationships are established and how value can be created and validated throughout the service lifecycle.

The programme also covers human centred design, customer experience, user experience and customer journey mapping. Particular emphasis is placed on building trusted relationships, improving interactions and creating services that deliver value for both customers and service providers.

Prerequisites

Candidates must hold a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Foundation or ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition certification.

The course must also be completed through an accredited training organisation.

Exam and Certification

The ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value examination is included in the course.

The exam is multiple choice and must be completed within 90 minutes. It is a closed book examination and a score of at least 70% is required to pass.

The exam is taken online with remote proctoring.

Successful completion of the examination leads to the ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value certification.
