You receive 12 months of access to the eLearning materials from the date of purchase, allowing you to study at a time and pace that suits you.

The course includes practical assessment activities as well as a final examination.

Prerequisites

Candidates must hold a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Foundation or ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition certification.

The course must also be completed through an accredited training organisation.

Exam and Certification

The ITIL® 4 Digital & IT Strategy assessment consists of two parts.

During the course, you will complete practical assessments that are reviewed by a subject matter expert.

After successfully completing the practical assignments, you will take the final multiple choice examination. The exam must be completed within 60 minutes, is closed book and requires a score of at least 70% to pass.

The exam is taken online with remote proctoring.

Successful completion of both the practical assessments and the examination leads to the ITIL® 4 Digital & IT Strategy certification.
