ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support is one of the specialist modules that contributes towards the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation.

Prerequisites

Candidates must hold a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation, ITIL® v3 Foundation or ITIL® 4 Managing Professional Transition certification.

The course must also be completed through an accredited training organisation.

Exam and Certification

The ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support examination is included in the course.

The exam is multiple choice and must be completed within 90 minutes. It is a closed book examination and a score of at least 70% is required to pass.

The exam is taken online with remote proctoring.

Successful completion of the examination leads to the ITIL® 4 Create, Deliver and Support certification.
