  • In this course, you will learn the concept from the ground up, including the DMAIC model. Learn all the phases of the popular project model that have been chosen to be used within Six Sigma. We explain step by step what is important in each phase and how to act depending on the role you have in the business’s improvement work.

• SIPOC
  • Although Yellow-Belt is about a basic understanding of the concept, we have chosen to include basic process mapping. We know that knowledge in this area provides better conditions for you. SIPOC is a simple tool that can provide great benefits for you and your workgroup.

• Root Cause Analysis Course Package 1
  • In addition to the SIPOC training, we choose to include the course in root cause analysis, as problem-solving is based on the problem in question being known to be able to solve it. Root Cause Analysis Course Package 1 consists of three smaller courses, namely the Ishikawa diagram (Cause-Effect diagram), 5W2H analysis, and 5QFZD analysis. Together, these courses provide a good foundation and the right conditions when it comes to finding the cause of a given problem.

• Minitab Basic Course
  • Six Sigma is largely about the structure and fact-based decisions. To create facts about data that is in the business, you use statistical methods and statistics become a natural part of the work. For those who work as Green-Belt or Black-Belt, statistical knowledge is necessary, and to facilitate the work with statistics, there is today software that can help with calculations. Minitab is a compact and simple statistics software, and we believe that it is good to introduce you to the software already at this stage so that you feel well prepared when you then have more statistical data to work with.
