Course description

The course will give you the know-how to implement lean portfolio management in your organisation. Lean portfolio management supports the execution of a company’s strategy in the daily work and at all levels of the organisation.

The course covers the principles of lean portfolio management and the practices needed to support daily work. You will learn to create visibility for the entire organisation of why the chosen assignments are relevant. With the learned practices, you can guarantee that strategically relevant work is completed and that the same objectives are worked on from multiple angles.

Certification

The attendees can take an optional SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager Exam after the course. Attendees who pass the online exam receive a SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) Certification.

• Online: 4 modules 4 hours each

• Classroom: 2 days

Pricing

• Early Bird 2190€ (+VAT) per person. Enroll at least one month before course starts.
• Normal 2490€ (+VAT) per person.
• Price includes training materials and SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager Exam. Attendees who pass the online exam receive the certification.

• Cancellation policy: Cancellation has to be done 14 days before the course starts to avoid costs. Cancellations made later than 14 days prior to the course will be charged 50 % of the course price. In case of no show the full price is charged. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

On top of this training we are willing to offer you something extra: a workshop within your own organization. This workshop prepares the enterprise to successfully adopt and execute SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) in your specific portfolio.

Topics to be covered:

• building a roadmap

• planning how to execute LPM activities

• building an adoption plan for LPM practices

Participants needed:

• SPCs, senior leaders, members of the APMO, LACE, and other key stakeholders​

The workshop can be facilitated as single big team or in several smaller groups. If the workshop is run in several small teams, outputs from the teams will then be discussed jointly and combined as the combined output.
